Normal’s popular Pub II will be closed starting Tuesday, March 17, as Illinois starts a state-wide ban on bars and restaurants serving customers on-site. Governor JB Pritzker announced the ban on Sunday. Pub II owners elected to close entirely until the end of March, but several other local places are offering some combination of carry-out, curb-side pickup or delivery services.
