TV-10 Hits INBA Scholarship Gold and Sets New IBA Record
For the 2nd time in program history, TV-10 students won THREE of the FOUR scholarships given each spring by the Illinois News Broadcasters Association.
Joe Brand is a junior focusing on Sports Broadcasting. He is Sports Director at WZND radio and is doing a summer internship in the sports department at WFLD-TV, Chicago.
Kate Pabich is a senior who has anchored and produced at TV-10 and done internships at WMBD-TV, Peoria and WFLD-TV. She was SINBA President at ISU.
Christen Roberts is a senior who has anchored and reported at TV-10 and is on the news staff at WZND radio. She interned in sports at WMBD-TV, Peoria.
TV-10 Students also won FIVE Awards from the INBA at the Spring Convention in Macomb.

Third Place Outstanding Newscast: “The TV-10 News at Noon”
