Students from different all team up in ISU’s Car Racing team. The students get hand on experience in assembling, testing, and eventually race a solar car. They not only gain mechanical skills, but also teamwork and friendships along the way. Metcalf’s 4th grade students tour and ask questions about the car that beat MIT and U Of I.
