ISU’s Women’s Basketball welcomed Southern Illinois University this past week.
Redbirds had their final game at the CEFCU Arena for the season against the Salukis. The game saw a physical first half that did not go in the Redbird’s favor. The team went into the second half down by nine points, even after teammate Trista Fayta earned 10 points.
This is the final game for the women’s team at the CEFCU Arena. But the team has three more games this season and the team is hopeful they will be able to punch their ticket to the post-season.
