Coffeehouse Corner hosted an event at the Bone Student Center for students to make suncatcher lanterns.
Suncatcher lanterns was the theme for Halloween where students had the chance to be creative in their designs.
Assistant director of hospitality and programming Kacy Reader put this event together to give students a chance to decompress from midterms and to have students work together and connect.
The students enjoyed the event and thought that making lanterns was great and loved how it can set a spooky mood.
Student Nokia Walesieniuk loves how creating lanterns makes you be creative and it makes you think outside the box when constructing lanterns.
Student Aiyana Matthews said that this event was a great way for her to decompress from classes and her work she does at the bone.
The Coffeehouse is planning on having more upcoming events that students can find on Redbird Life.
