According to the Bloomington Fire Department, the crash happened shortly before 4 a.m. When crews arrived they found the car partially inside the store with no one inside the vehicle.
Firefighters worked throughout the morning to put out hot spots in hard-to reach areas along the roof and wall. Crews used hand tools and saws to access these areas.
As of 9 a.m., crews were still on scene working to fully extinguish the fire. The fire department is asking the public to stay away from the area as they continue their investigation
