TV-10 took its biggest group yet to the 2019 Chicago Midwest Emmys. Nominees were the movie review segment “What to Watch” by Sean Newgent and Michael Phillips, and the restaurant review segment “Bites of Blono,” produced by Scott Beyer, PJ Goens, Mike Grimm, Taylor Mitchell and Nick Molinare. The group enjoyed a front-row seat to the ceremonies, meeting several alums, and appearances by the Harlem Globetrotters and Chicago PD actor LaRoyce Hawkins, also an ISU alum. Faculty Members Laura Trendle Polus and Bob Carroll accompanied the group. Student Jahnasia Arnold worked the event.
