TV-10’s 2020 Outstanding Senior in TV Production is
Samantha Brinkman, a graduate who has already started working in a TV control room. Since May, Brinkman has been directing newscast at WICD-TV in Champaign.
At TV-10, she directed numerous shows, including the award-winning SportsZone. She often served as a mentor to newer directors. She was a sportscaster, photographer, graphics creator, editor and multimedia journalist. She was Treasurer of the Student Television Workshop.
She has also worked with WCIA-TV, Droi Media, CSM Media, ScheffTech Productions, Redbird Productions and University Marketing and Communications.
