TV-10 students won four awards and two scholarships at the 2021 Spring INBA Convention, which was held virtually.
The awards were in the Best Videography category: First Place to Ava Wendel (pictured) and Second Place to Carly Bickett. TV-10’s Election Night Special won Second Place in the Hard TV Program category. It was produced by Andrea Ricker, anchored by Ricker, Lizzie Seils and Anthony Ferretti, and directed by Scott Chambers and Hunter Thomas. Graphics were made by Andrew Wolf.
The Halloween episode of Good Afternoon Blono won Second Place in the Soft TV Program category. The show featured Christopher Stoinev, Nathan Fairbairn, Matt Dubinski, Bill Borowski and Anthony Ferretti (pictured left) in costume, sharing Halloween-themed entertainment options, like movies, music and TV shows.
Scholarships were won by Camberyn Kelley and Catrina Petersen. Each of them got $2200 from the organization, after an extensive selection and interview process, with nearly 40 candidates coming from universities around the state.
