The store located in uptown Normal is part of a larger chain of stores across Illinois, Wisconsin and California. It generally hosts a wide range of comic books, ranging from Marvel to DC to Independence comics.
“Generally speaking, you can find something that you’re interested in,” said Rob Goode, an employee at the store, “find the TV show or movie that you like and there’s usually comics that expands on that.”
Graham Crackers comics is now introducing a Halloween selection for the beginning of the holiday season. Some of this includes new and continuing monster comic series.
“We also try and do a pretty wide variety of newer and older horror series and individual comics with really cool covers, some that are specific to Halloween, not just horror, but actual Halloween comics, which is kind of cool,” said store manager Luke Simkins.
The store includes other themed selections throughout the year as well. Also, anyone can custom order specific comics if they cannot find what they are looking for in-store.
