Youth voting has increased year after year, and students have an important role to play.
Democratic McLean County Clerk Nominee Joshua Crokett explained the importance of getting to the polls and making your voices heard.
“Students are here for four years,” Crokett said, “and the sentiment of what students value is here year round.”
Illinois State, Heartland, and Weslyan universities are core parts of the McLean County community, and it’s important for these students to make their voices heard.
Today is the final day to vote, and voting is available in the Bone Student Center for all students living in McLean County outside of Bloomington.
